Safety; iPlan reduces pressure placed upon time and improves the quality of the planning process providing operatives readily the required information to perform their work safely.
Costs; When trialled on a site previously using an alternative recognised Event management tool the planning costs were reduced by 25%, at the same time iPlan produced a higher standard plan. The improved quality of the plan and the way it was optimised generated further savings in Events execution.
Duration; Events where the preparation phase was managed through iPlan have been estimated to be between three and ten percent shorter in duration than previously would have been possible.
